#AskTheExpert I had my c section on 24th Jan 2022 . I am able to experience blood in motion . could you please tell me the reason for this and how can I come out of this issue .

take 4g.m triphla churn with lukewarm water
If you are facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your
self well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
