Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

U Did mention when did you have your C-section surgery because it would be a very helpful for me to know but never mind you should at least wait for a minimum of two years after your first delivery because he hopefully second is also going to be C section only so minimum of two years you should wait because approximately 8 to 9 months you take to heal down with the first C-section surgery so your body will take another one year to be ready for next
