Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine
