#AskTheExpert i had c section on jan 23rd, i was advised to take iron tablets for 3 months. but can i continue taking iron tablets for few more months? i have too much hair fall.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. dear .. hair fall is common after delivery due to hormonal changes.. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too.
Avoid stress. Stay calm and enjoy your time with your little one.
Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean).
