#AskTheExpert I had c section delivery before 5 months. I want to lose 10 kg weight. My baby is totally depend on mother feed. My current weight is 69.3 kg and height is 5'1. Wt should I do to achieve my weight loss targets. Please help me with your valuable tips. Thanks
