It Just a misconception that people feel that it is going to go in on its own it doesn’t happen like that trust me it’s a painful job you will have to work upon a proper exercising schedule to reduce it down but that you can do later once you quit breastfeeding if you have had a normal delivery then after three months as of now just eat and feed well
