#AskTheExpert I had a c section 4 months back and still i feel so much back pain .. May i know how many months it will take to heal ? My weight is also increasing, how to maintain weight and at the same time to eat in a good amount as i feed my kid.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend to visit your doctor for clinical examination you should start taking supplements as prescribed calcium supplement is very important to make sure that you are not having this problem
