have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast.
have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after consulting your doctor.
have an active lifestyle
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps to reduce weight.

use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinking and have some water in small quantity frequentl
take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
