#AskTheExpert I got periods after 8 month of post pregnancy , 1st period got on 31st September 2nd October 7th which means 7 days delayed now it's 14th November still didn't get periods am really worried can I get any pills or syrup to get my periods on time am breastfeeding mother soo am bit nerves about my irregular periods please help doctor

A. irregular cycles are common post partum kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hi mom There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers periods are irregular. Once you stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. so no need to worry
