#AskTheExpert i got abortion 15days back at 1.5 months. after 1week it is normal. but now light red discharge instead of white and breast pain. why?is this normal?

A. It's normal for some people to have irregular cycles for the first few months after their abortion. Your periods may be shorter or longer than usual for a few months. You may also bleed more than you did in the past, especially if you had a medical abortion.
