#AskTheExpert I don't know after delivery I started crying a lot .. negative things come first instead of positive.. I don't what ' going on.. plz help me out

This is absolutely normal and happens due to hormonal changes in the postpartum period. It is called as postpartum baby blues. There is a group called postpartum support group India on Facebook. Kindly join it to meet other mothers with similar problem.Write Your Answer Here
