#asktheexpert I delivered my 1st baby on 24-9-2020. I haven't got my periods till date. Is it ok to have no periods for such a long time or should I consult my gynaec or a general physician for the same.

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till u can have lactational amenorrhea but u should use contraception even then to avoid the unwanted pregnancy .. take care
