#AskTheExpert i delivered my baby on 17/4/2020 and from till now periods not come.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. the period if do not occur till one year after delivery no need to worry and no medication is needed but after that you should consult with your doctor for medication have regular exercise and daily walking which is very beneficial

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods fter delivery is normal and many mothers do not get periods till the time they breastfeeding. and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy. take care
