#AskTheExpert I delivered baby girl on 17th June. During pregnancy i was taking shelcal 500 mg, after pregnancy i was advised to take Gemcal XT. Can I continue shelcal only or do i need to take Gemcal. I'm also taking zincovit and globac z tonics.

Medicines should be taken as prescribed by the doctor. For this you need to consult your doctor for the same as she will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation.
