#asktheexpert I delivered a baby through normal delivery now my baby is 4 months and I feel too much ache in my body especially in shoulder plates and in my spine even when I touch my spine it hurts doctor recomend me iron tablets but i get constipated with iron now please tell me what should I do

Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Sit upright with back support
Check your posture when breastfeeding
Check weight gain
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
