hii what Ointment should I use to heal my stitchs I have delivered my baby Just 4 days ago through normal delivery please suggest

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. T- bact ointment can be applied over the stitch area for about 5 to 7 days after cleaning the area properly. Maintain proper hygiene and try to avoid stretching your legs more while feeding the baby
