Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem we can take all normal traditional food already more than three months after cesarean section Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to have home made food and also avoid oily and junk food. Also avoid spicy food too. Also ask about your doctor for supplements and vitamins.
