#AskTheExpert : I am still struggling to feed my 2 years son...he doesn’t like to eat anything...any expert advice please

A. Hello mam Toddlers are generally picky eaters n they need variety in foods Masala pulao, vegetables paratha , cheese and paneer paraatha, aloo or brocolli paratha, veh paneer frankie made with whole wheat roti, fruit and fry fruit smoothie, egg roll , pizza made on roti base , sabudana tikki, veg aloo and paneer tikki such choices you can make n serve the child Make a reward chart where u can give a star or any reward when child finishes his or her food

A. Offer alternative foods from every food group. For example, if your child dislikes cheese, they may eat yoghurt. At the end of the meal (no more than 20–30 minutes), take your child's plate away without any fuss. If they haven't eaten much, offer them a healthy snack a little later, or wait until next mealtime.
