Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Do nipple massage daily for 5-10 minutes with warm Coconut oil.
If you have flat nipple problem then use nipple shield .
Have lactating foods in your diet.
Milk and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk .
Consult lactation expert if you still face problem after massaging.
