A. hi after 6 months of delivery. till that you can go for walk daily. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more which will help to reduce your weight. offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child which also help to burn out extra calories.
