Q.
#asktheexpert I am having eye flashes from past 3 months. Opthomologist has checked retina and said it is fine. But said there could be a chance of retina tear if flashes continues. I am in my 8th month pregnancy. Can I take laser treatment if there is any retina tear. How safe is it even getting retina checkup regularly during pregnancy. Coz this is so stressful and everyday I am feeling something is wrong with my eye.

See what kind of a laser treatment your doctor is talking for this you’ll have to check with your gynaecologist because laser treatment should not be a problem but only your gynaecologist can give your confirmation or if you can wait and if you can get it done after your delivery then I think it would be much smoother for you that time
