#AskTheExpert i am having constipation & backpain, pregnancy 4th month. Please suggest.

A. Hai good afternoon !! Include fibre foods (fruits and vegetables as salad, direct fruits - carrot, cucumber, tomato, water melon, musk melon, orange, mousambi,curd, Cereals) increase water intake and fluids (soups, juices). Fibre foods, fluids, water increase bowel movements and avoid Constipation.
