#AskTheExpert i am feeling dizzy whenever i m try to lie down on bed, also when trying to shift sides or bend my head for few seconds. its like i m about to fall down. I feel normal when i m sitting only. i am experiencing this since today 4 a m and it continued till now. had a checkup in the afternoon. all the vitals are normal, drips nd gastric injection was given. yet i feel same. any suggestions.
