Hello ma’am Continue taking iron supplements for initial six months after delivery and also I would advise you to start applying onion juice into your scalp on a regular basis a minimum of 2 to 3 times in a week and wash it with a mild chemical free shampoo after keeping it maximum for 30 minutes probably you will see a good difference within 2 to 3 washes it
