#asktheexpert i am experiencing body pains n joint pains after 2 months of delivering twins.

A. hi it should be result of vitamin D 3 . so , please take calcium rich food items and calcium rich suppliments . Avoid drinking RO water as it can worsen this condition. take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
