It is adviced to take Proper care and rest for the first 40 days after delivery and eat healthy and nutritious diet as there is nutrient loss from body after delivery.
U have not taken rest and the result is in front of you. Please take the iron and the calcium supplements by consulting ur doctor.
Take adequate rest.
