#asktheexpert i am expecting for 8months.....i am working also....feeling very tored now in the day....what should do?

A. feeling tired during 8th and 9th month is very common so yes you need to have proper rest and also have adequate nutrition specially protein rich diet to maintain good health of your as well as baby

A. Thank you both....I have muscle strain in leg also.....is there any remediation for this?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
