Q.

#AskTheExpert I am currently in the 5th month of postpartum (c section) , I still feel tiredness and fatigue .. Is this normal ? (I got periods from 2nd month)

A. you need testing ok. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used. in females it's common. start walk n other basic exercise. see a specialist so that time diagnosis is done and you get correct treatment in time for that okany such thing needs direct check up and examination. that will help to treat. will need antibiotics too in to help better a d and prevent infection.

A. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly its helpful
