#AskTheExpert I am currently 22weeks. I am not able to sleep due to severe knee pain in both my legs. I do keep pillows under my feet. But no releif. Please advice doctor.

you can try heating pad there.
I would suggest to use Babyhug heating pad for this.
have calcium rich diet like nuts , dairy products, fruits more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist.
