#asktheexpert my daughter is having severe pain in both the legs.. I do massage her with oil but no relief from pain.. what to do?

Massage regularly with coconut oil
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables protein
Give early morning exposure to sun light
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
