#asktheexpert I am breast feeding my 9.5 month old daughter n since a week I have nipple pain. There are no visible white milk blebs but a couple of pimple like things n I think cracked nipples also. how to relieve from the pain? Tried Epsom salt soak but in vain.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should apply coconut oil or lacto calamine lotion on the cracked nipples. And must wash the off before feeding the baby. Try and feed the baby with the other breast which is alright till this breast gets fine. Good luck and take care
