#AskTheExpert I am A new Mother. My son is of 6 months. What can i give him as his meal he was on breastfeeding till now completely. ALSO can i give him water?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Starts with liquid diet like Moong Daal paani or rice kangi. give it for once in a day. follow three day rule. If it takes well than gradually you can introduce fruits and vegetables puree, and increase consistency. can give water now.
