#AskTheExpert I am a mother of 5.5months old daughter delivered via c section. she is exclusively on breast feeding. My periods started on 5 july and it has not stopped yet. Please advise any home remedies.

A. Instead of hone remedies you should talk to your gynaecologist once about it as it’s been long time your periods are going on so start taking an iron supplement fesovit and drink plenty of water and take good rest
