take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for good immunity.
avoid going outside

As per current guidelines lactating mothers are not supposed to take the said vaccination.
You may confirm it from your physician as well
Take sunbath daily
Take lots of vitamin c
