#AskTheExpert I am 8 month pregnant and my diet is as follows:- Early morning - 1 cup milk with sim mom powder, 4- 5 almonds and 1 date after 1 hr - 1 plate poha/upma with 1 small cup chai and biscuits then 2 pm - normal lunch - dal, sabzi etc 7 pm - Some kind of one fruit 9.30 pm - Light dinner Is this diet okay or should I increase as bcoz of acidity i am not able to eat more

A. Hi mom Yes diet is fine . consume what you can eat comfortably. Also include diet rich in protein like egg chicken meat soya lentils sprouts etc in ur diet. This will help in weight gain of the baby.
