#AskTheExpert i am 7th month pregnante, i am suffering from itching whole body n its more in night at my soles of feet and plam.What i do for this problem . i am also took ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg but doest work.

get your baby evaluated by the doctor in person. Its important in this case.
avoid home remedies in this case
make sure baby is comfortable and well cared.

keep your body well hydrated.
avoid taking extreme spicy food.
limit salt in your diet.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
