#asktheexpert I am 7 and a half month pregnant. Now whenever I eat food, my stomach feels its stretching out

A. Never over eat and make sure if you feel bloated or discomfort after eating then instead of eating 3 big meals gave 5 small meals to feel comfortable and have fruits daily stay hydration take care
