what should I do when my child is having a gas problem and whenever I feed him he feels like puking it and does not want to eat.

A. Gastica drops is a paediatric medicine specially formulated for infants and tod. lers. It is used for relieving flatulence (gas), abdominal pain, infantile colic (abnormal crying or fussiness in a healthy child). It contain a combination of simethicone, dill oil and fennel oil.
