In general the doctor says you can walk about thousand steps to 2000 steps per day it’s going to be good but do not exert yourself to do that so try to make it at least thousand steps to begin with and slowly try to increase that is what is going to be beneficial and it really helps a lot of normal delivery also start with yoga consult your doctor and go ahead with the yoga posture those are going to be beneficial
