Q.

#AskTheExpert i am 6 months pregnant.. i feel pain in my pelvic area .. can't even walk properly ..please suggest me what to do ...

A. well this is all due tp laxity of tge ligaments. so try to see that you rest more.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. If the pain is mild and goes away on its own, it's likely nothing to worry about. But any pain along with spotting or heavy bleeding should be reported to your doctor. Seek emergency care if you experience sharp or chronic pain along with faintness, nausea, high fever or chills, or dizziness
