#AskTheExpert i am 4 months pregnant but from 2nd month my stomach is paining i have taken injection i got relief but now again it's started paining n i am on bed rest

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. you should avoid more of long time standing or are heavy workouts regular daily walking should be done for few minutes and also consult with your doctor for the status about the pregnancy and the cervical length according to which you can decide for for further management
