Q.

#asktheexpert, I am 30 year old, had a CS a year ago..I was 65kgs before my pregnancy and 86-87kg during the pregnancy l..after 2-3 months of my delivery i lost around 16-17kgs..now I am 62kg..is this normal to lose weight like this.. how do I maintain good body weight.

A. if your height is around 5 cm then your body weight should be less than 60 kgs so accordingly you can check according to your height. maintain regular daily walking and healthy diet for good health
