Q.

#AskTheExpert I got my weight gained so much. I want my belly to go in… Can I do exercise and diet as I’m not a breastfeeding mother. My weight during pregnancy was 60 and now im 65kgs what should I do help me out

A. Hi mom. just too early to decide as u will be back to normal soon . In order to reduce the abdominal fat, do some simple yoga and abdominal exercise and also stretching exercises, . you can have apple cider vinegar with the water in the early morning empty stomach. Avoid having fat and sugar and cut short the carbohydrate to only one meal.
