I think then if you have a very minimal flow then you can go for small medium is for medium and if you have heavy flow then larger XL is going to be very good for you so it is going to be completely dependent on the kind of flow you regularly have and for that I think you should just check on the product which one that you want to use which brand and just consult your gynaecologist
