You need to include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk. Avoid sweets, fried and packaged foods. Now you can start doing some skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasanas. Drinking warm lemon or jeera water daily will help too.
