#asktheexpert I am 13 week pregnant can i eat fermented food like idli dosa dhokla and sometimes outside food like samosa and sandwich

A. yes u can eat idli and Dosa it's not be harmful for your health it will be healthy for u

A. Yes u can eat fermented foods. If you will be taking outside food make sure to get them from a reputed place and avoid street foods which can be unhygienic and cause infections.Take anything in moderation always. Try to eat a healthy and balanced diet.
