Q.

#AskTheExpert I am 102kg after the C section. My family is forcing me to walk and do workout to loose weight. But I have severe back pain and leg pain after walking for 20min only. Please suggest how to loose weight ?

A. Hello dear parent! Take your post natal supplements on time everyday as prescribed by your doctor while breastfeeding. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.

A. Yes you are right i gained upto 116kg Donot rush wait until your baby turns six donot do crash dieting or excercising now Eat heavy breakfast in morning Take fruits in the afternoon In evening take two bread slices with cheese,sabji sandvich form During nigh take skimmed milk with protein
