A. Dear mum, beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby in between. You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, khichadi, vegetable dal rice. Seasonal fruits Curd, paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed baby
