#AskTheExpert hy Mera delivery ke 9 month baad period aaya he 1 nov...2022 ko or abhi phir se is month period nhi aaya kya he normal he muje phle irregular period ka problem tha plzz answer me

A. Hello dear Yes it is normal and you have to be careful by using some contraceptive measure to avoid accidental pregnancy because cycles can be irregular even upto one year

A. Yash you have resumed with your regular period cycle also I would like to tell you that sometimes after delivery things can be better than as they were previously so I think it’s good only Dhadda chocolate
