A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, curd, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, low fat paneer, vegetables, salads, fruits nuts daily 2. Drink lot of water 3. Avoid fried, bakery, sugary, sweet products 4. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
